Council Meeting

The Council meeting for September will be on Thursday the 12th at 7 P.M at the Community Ceter located at 221 S Barnes St Sale City. The public is welcome and encouraged to come to each meeting.

Community Yard Sale

Begins: 9/21/2024 - 7:00 AM
Ends: 9/21/2024 - 1:00 PM

There will be a Community Yard Sale in Sale City on September 21st from 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM, spots will be available for $10.00 at the Community Park. Reservations for the Community Park must be made by September 1st at City Hall and you can bring your truck and trailer into the park. Also, if your would like to keep it close to home you may also put your goods on tables at your home!  

Trunk Or Treat

Begins: 10/19/2024 - 10:30 AM
Ends: 10/19/2024

SAVE THE DATE!!! October 19 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Community Park. There will be a Costume Contest for babies 0-2, toddlers 3-5 and elementary 6-8. Hosted by Sale City Baptist Church and the City of Sale City.

SET UP BEGINS AT 9:30 -10:15 AM.

Pumpkin Contest

Begins: 10/25/2024 - 9:00 AM
Ends: 10/25/2024 - 5:00 PM

Have you planted your pumpkin seeds yet? Sale City is having a Pumpkin Contest! The Categories are: Biggest, Heaviest, Prettiest, Ugliest.

Bring your pumpkins by the City Hall no later than October 25th!  And Remember Don't Decorate Your Pumpkin

Sale City Christmas Festival

Begins: 12/21/2024 - 5:00 PM
Ends: 12/21/2024 - 9:00 PM

The Sale City annual Christmas Festival will be held on the third Saturday of every December and this year it will be on December 21st.  The afternoon will begin with a parade throughout our town at 5:00 PM, there will be vendors for your enjoyment with hot and hearty food to keep you warm and full.  Santa Claus will be flying in from his busy schedule to ride in the parade and to take photos with all the smiling children. At the end of the evening we will raffle off a beautiful handmade quilt, by Mrs. Marion Stolmeier, donations are $5.00 each or 3 for $10.00.
